Gelatin silver print, printed in 2017 on double-weight semi-matte paper 50.4 x 60.6 cm, in excellent condition. Blindstamp "Robert Capa Estate" with the photographer's facsimile signature in the lower margin, "Robert Capa Archive/International Center of Photography" copyright label with typographic caption and printer's credit on the reverse. This icon of war photography demonstrates Capa's motto, stating that convincing images can only be created by getting close to the subject. The blurring of the image is therefore not a technical flaw, but a creative device that emphasises the authenticity of the shot.
